TOUGH PANEL, DISPLAY DEVICE WITH INPUT FUNCTION, AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a touch panel in which even when fine irregularities for preventing a neutron ring are formed, good images can be displayed by appropriating the form of the irregularities; a display device with an input function provided with the touch panel; and an electronic equipment provided with the display device with the input function. SOLUTION: A tough panel 1 comprises a first substrate 10 in which a first electrode 15 is formed on a first surface 11, and a second light-transmitting substrate 20 in which a second electrode 25 is formed on a first surface 21, and fine irregularities 21a are formed on the first surface 21 of the second substrate 20. The irregularities 21a have an arithmetic average roughness Ra of ≤0.1 μm, and a mean interval Sm between the surface irregularities is 10-60 μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
