PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently support processing for specifying a category of a business form. SOLUTION: A business form identifying part 13 extracts a feature of a ruled line from an input business form and extracts a plurality of candidates for read entry information 24 coincident with the extracted feature of the ruled line, and a business form selecting part 14 makes entry contents read from the input business form correspond to the position of an entry space with the entry contents described therein according to the read entry information 24 selected as one of the plurality of candidates for the read entry information 24 and displays the entry contents as a read result display space in a display device 17, switches the selected read entry information 24 to different retrieved read entry information 24 when receiving a business form switching operation, and updates the entry contents of the read result display space according to the switched read entry information 24.
