RESTORATION SUPPORT SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restoration support system 1 for supporting the restoration of input information in response to the restoration request of an object to be processed in a terminal. SOLUTION: The restoration support system 1 for supporting the restoration of the input information of the object in the terminal includes: a restoration request acquisition part 10 for acquiring the restoration request of the object; an operation log information storage part 12 for storing operation log information showing the history of the operation; an operation log information extraction part 13 for extracting the operation log information of a prescribed operation related with the object whose restoration has requested from the operation log information storage part 12; an operation screen information storage part 15 for storing a capture image generated from the operation screen as operation screen information; an input information extraction part 16 for acquiring operation screen information from the operation screen information storage part 15 based on date information included in the operation log information extracted by the operation log information extraction part 13, and for extracting the input information from the operation screen information; and a reporting part 17 for reporting the extracted input information.
