MONITOR, MONITORING METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor, a monitoring method and a computer program, allowing early notification when detecting action not satisfying a prescribed condition, while suppressing unnecessary notification processing. SOLUTION: A control part 10 sequentially obtains position information based on a GPS (Global Positioning System) signal received by a GPS receiver 14, and specifies an action pattern prescribed by the obtained position information and acquisition time of the position information. The control part 10 reads frequency of the specified action pattern and frequency of an action pattern approximate to the action pattern from an accumulation information table 13a. The control part 10 calculates a safety degree to the specified action pattern based on the frequency of each read action pattern, and decides whether or not the calculated safety degree is a prescribed threshold value or above. When the safety degree is less than the prescribed threshold value, the control part 10 generates an electronic mail notifying the effect of deviation from a normal action range, and transmits it to a previously registered notification destination.
