ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, PROCESS CARTRIDGE AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which is excellent in cleaning property, adequately suppresses a rise of residual potential upon repeated use and stably provides an image of satisfactory image quality over a long term. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a conductive support 2 and a photosensitive layer 3 disposed on the conductive support 2, wherein the photosensitive layer 3 includes an uppermost surface layer arranged on the remotest side from the conductive support 2, and the uppermost surface layer contains fluorine-substituted alkyl group as side chain and contains a fluorine-containing polymer having alkylene oxide structure.
