Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polymer dispersed liquid crystal panel which allows more uniform display. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a polymer dispersed liquid crystal panel includes: a step of interposing a liquid crystal material which starts hardening reaction when irradiated with light between a transparent substrate having a transparent electrode 31 of a specific display pattern and the other transparent substrate having a transparent electrode 32 on almost all of surfaces opposite to the transparent substrate; and a step of irradiating the liquid crystal material with light to polymerize the liquid crystal material. In the step of irradiating with light, the liquid crystal material is irradiated with light from the side of the transparent substrate having the transparent electrode 32 on almost all of the surfaces.
