PROGRAM AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING CONNECTION STATE OF INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DEVICE, AND INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect connection of a device having an unchangeable function by using a device having a changeable function. SOLUTION: In order to determine a connection state of a second device 300 having an unchangeable function which is connected to a first device 200 having a changeable function arranged on a printed board 5, a program written in the first device allows the first device to execute: a step S504 of storing beforehand a data sequence 204 of a prescribed pattern; a step S506 of supplying an actual speed clock pulse RCK; a step S514 of supplying the data sequence of the prescribed pattern to an output terminal OUT1 of the first device by the actual speed clock pulse, to thereby supply the data sequence to the second device through a corresponding input terminal IN1 of the second device; and a step of receiving a flag FP_FLG showing an inspection result of the data sequence of the prescribed pattern from the second device.
