KNITTED FABRIC AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knitted fabric having excellent flexible elastic force and transparency and making a wearer realize a sufficient warmth at a sensual level, a method for producing the same and stretch clothing such as stockings, pantihose composed of the knitted fabric. SOLUTION: The knitted fabric comprises a conjugate fiber. The conjugate fiber excellent in thermal expansion comprises an elastomer resin (A) having expansion elasticity and an elastomer resin (B) having expansion elasticity, a permanent elongation of 25-70% and a tensile elongation of 100-800%, includes the elastomer resin (A) in the core part and the elastomer resin (B) in the sheath part and has an area ratio of the core part to the sheath part in the fiber cross-section of 95:5-40:60, a cover factor (CF) of 30-50%, a resistance of heat transfer of 6.0(°C/W/m2)×10-3, and a light transmittance of not less than 80%.
