INK COMPOSITION FOR MANUFACTURING COLOR FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition obtaining sufficient strength, in bonding of a color filter to opposed glass by an epoxy adhesive, when assembling the color filter manufactured by a letterpress inversion print method, as a liquid crystal display, using the ink composition containing a fluoro-additive. SOLUTION: This ink composition for manufacturing the color filter is an ink composition for image-forming a uniform ink-applied film 3 formed on a blanket 2 surface by a letterpress 4, and for preparing a black matrix of the color filter by the letterpress inversion print method of transferring it onto a base material 5 to be printed, and contains a pigment, a resin and a surface energy regulating agent, and concentration of the surface energy regulating agent in the ink composition is less than 1.0 mass% with respect to a solid content of the ink composition.
