WORKER'S FATIGUE DEGREE MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, METHOD AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue degree management apparatus objectively and quantitatively determining the fatigue degree of a worker by reflecting an individual difference of the worker, and previously preventing an accident caused by fatigue and the occurrence of quality deterioration of work. SOLUTION: A profile management part 33 previously creates worker profiles for deriving an error occurrence probability indicating that in what situations of the worker's biological characteristics and environment the worker is apt to make a working error. In an actual work, a warning section 34 of a worker monitoring section 30 reads the cumulative number of working errors, biological characteristics varied within a working time, environmental data and the worker's profile for every lapse of a predetermined working time, derives an error occurrence probability and, when the error occurrence probability reaches a predetermined reference value, generates a warning signal.
