SOLUTION: A fluorescent lamp turning off fixture 10, mounted on a contact pin 52 of a fluorescent lamp 50 and having an insulator 12 turning about the contact pin 52 for exhibit a state of interposing between the contact pin 52 and an electrode 61 and a state of not interposing between them and an operation panel 11, to make the insulator 12 turnable about the contact pin 52 is attached, such that the insulator 12 is turnable about the contact pin 52 and the operation panel 11 makes the insulator 12 rotate so as to make the insulator 12 interpose in between the contact pin 52 and the electrode 61 and turn off the fluorescent lamp 59.
