Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery suppressing a capacity drop even when the nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is charged and discharged at high temperatures, enhancing cycle characteristics even under high temperature environment, and having high capacity and high safety. SOLUTION: An active material A represented by LixNiyMnzM1-y-zO2and an active material B represented by LixNiyCozM1-y-zO2are mixed, and a nonaqueous electrolyte is prepared by dissolving at least one kind of lithium salt selected from LiClO4, LiPF6, LiBF4, LiCF3SO3, LiN(CF3SO2)2, LiN(CF3CF2SO2)2, LiN(CF3SO2)(C4F9SO2), and LiC(CF3SO2)3in a mixed solvent of a cyclic carbonate and a chain carbonate.
