STEP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM HAVING ISOLATION MANAGEMENT FUNCTION AND METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform step management and isolation management unitarily by linking a database belonging to a step management system with a database belonging to an isolation management system. SOLUTION: The step management system 1 having an isolation management function is provided with: a step management means 2 having a step editing part 5 for receiving a work execution plan, a step attribute editing part 6 for receiving an attribute of an apparatus number, a time analyzing part 7 for using a PERT method to calculate a work execution period, and a step display part 8 to be displayed according to a time series; an isolation management means 3 having a work target apparatus registering part 10 for registering a work target apparatus, an isolation place designating part 11 for designating an isolation place or the like, a result-plan inputting part 12 for inputting a predetermined period for performing the isolation and a results period, and an isolation place adjusting part 13 for adjusting an isolation place; and an supplementary means 4 having a collating part 15 for collating information of the isolation place adjusting part 13 with information of the step attribute editing part 6 to tie the both information, and a transfer part 16 for transferring information about a collation result.
