Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform masking processing because personal information which does not have to be stored in an image of the entire certificate has to be masked from the viewpoint of security securement while stored. SOLUTION: Predetermined masking position information corresponding to the type of a certificate is previously stored in a masking position information storing part, both certificate image information and the masking position information are displayed in a displaying means, the masking position information is corrected from the displays of the both of them, the corrected masking position information is stored, and batch processing after business hours combines the corrected masking position information and the certificate image information to prepare masked certificate image information.
