SOLUTION: A control section puts a mode into a normal mode of emitting the jet of washing water from the washing nozzle by opening a valve device when a washing command is issued by the washing starting switch in the seating-detected state of a seating detector, and puts the mode into an abnormal mode of making an alarm provide notification of abnormality while keeping the valve device in a closed state, when the short circuit occurs between the terminal members of the washing starting switch in the seating-undetected state of the seating detector.
