WARM-WATER WASHING TOILET SEAT UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm-water washing toilet seat unit which prevents the emission of a jet of washing water even if a user sits on a toilet seat, on the occurrence of the following short circuit between terminal members of a washing starting switch, though the jet of washing water is emitted from a washing nozzle by making the washing nozzle actuated as soon as the user sits on the toilet seat, because a seating detection switch operates when the user sits on the toilet seat in the state of having the short circuit established between the terminal members of the washing starting switch due to dew condensation water. SOLUTION: A control section puts a mode into a normal mode of emitting the jet of washing water from the washing nozzle by opening a valve device when a washing command is issued by the washing starting switch in the seating-detected state of a seating detector, and puts the mode into an abnormal mode of making an alarm provide notification of abnormality while keeping the valve device in a closed state, when the short circuit occurs between the terminal members of the washing starting switch in the seating-undetected state of the seating detector.
