Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-concentration good-flavored oral composition very safe for humans which contains substances highly active to inhibit glucosyltransferase for the prevention and amelioration of oral cavity-related diseases, especially caries and being a substitute for highly astringent and bitter epigallocatechin. SOLUTION: The composition contains as active ingredients epitheaflagallin and/or epitheaflagallin-3-O-gallate contained in a green tea extract treated with polyphenol oxidase (laccase).
