Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device for a vehicle, can switch an introduction mode of an air suction port in response to a traveling environment of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The air conditioning device includes a car navigation system for holding information related to the traveling environment of the vehicle, and a control means for controlling a mode switching means so that the mode is switched from an outside air introduction mode to an inside air circulation mode when an output from a gas sensor is greater than a predetermined threshold and for acquiring the information related to the traveling environment of the vehicle from the car navigation system. Based on the information related to the traveling environment obtined from the car navigation system, the control means selectively sets a threshold of the gas concentration at which the mode is switched from the outside air introduction mode to the inside air circulation mode between a threshold C and a threshold D greater than the threshold C.
