Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent curling up of a moisture prevention sheet, which resists paper conveyance, without increasing operation burden on an operator. SOLUTION: A paper base on which paper is set is inclined by a predetermined angle in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which paper runs. The paper is horizontally twisted in a range between the paper base and a paper guide. Folding perforations gradually pull the moisture prevention sheet from one corner to the other corner. Outside air is introduced stepwise so as to prevent formation of a closed space between the folding perforations and the moisture prevention sheet to thereby make it easy to open the space.
