Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-density oral composition including a substance excellent in inhibition and/or production inhibition of matrix protease for prevention and improvement of oral-related disease, in particular, in periodontal disease patients, used as a substitute for epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate having a strong astringent taste or bitter taste, and having a good flavor and being extremely high safety to the human body. SOLUTION: The oral composition has epitheaflagallin-3-O-gallate or theaflavin-3-O-gallate contained in a black tea extract or laccase-treated green tea extract, as an active ingredient, and has the effects of MMP and MMP production inhibitions.
