DEVICE AND METHOD FOR SEPARATING IRON CORE FOR TRANSFORMER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the peeling of an iron core configuration plate to which PCB oil and insulating oil, etc., are stuck especially, to preventing re-sticking when stacking them, and to easily perform post treatment, relating to a separation device and separation method of an iron core for a transformer for separating the iron core taken out from the transformer. SOLUTION: The device for separating the iron core for the transformer includes; an iron core magnetic separation means 15 for separating a polymerized metal plate configuring a shell-type iron core in a plate thickness direction by magnetic force; a send-out means 16 for sending out the separated plate from the iron core magnetic separation means to the plate end side; and an embossing means 17 for giving pressurizing force from the plate thickness direction to the sent-out plate and forming recesses and projections on a plate surface.
