RACK MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack mounting structure of an electronic equipment unit having a low manufacturing cost, favorable maintenance work performance, and excellent in safety. SOLUTION: The rack mounting structure includes a rack mounting fixture fixed to the rack, and side adapters 2a, 2b fixed to both sides of the electronic equipment unit 3. The side adapter includes a lower rail part 5 orthogonally bent from the lower edge to the outside, an upper rail part 7 orthogonally bent from the upper edge to the outside, and a stopper part provided to the upper rail part. The rack mounting fixture includes both side plates, a shelf plate hanging across between both the side plates, an upper guide piece orthogonally bent from the upper edge to the inside of the shelf plate, and an engageable-disengageable member for drop-prevention to the stopper part provided to the upper guide piece. The side adapter is fixed between the shelf plate and the upper guide piece, the electronic equipment unit is mounted on the rack fixture through the side adapter, and a dropout of the drawer of the electronic equipment unit is prevented by the engagement between the stopper part and the member for dropout prevention.
