PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule creation device or the like, capable of dynamically grasping an actual working state of business while clarifying a relation between consigner and consignee in consignment of a requested item. SOLUTION: The schedule creation device 100 for creating, based on item information for an input requested item, a schedule for processing the requested item comprises: an extraction processing part 210 which extracts, from the input item information, item information that is a processing object; a consigner and consignee information receiving processing part 220 which receives consigner information and/or consignee information generated based on the item information extracted by the processing part 210; a consigner and consignee information storage part 250 which stores the consigner information and/or consignee information received by the processing part 220; and a schedule output processing part 230 which outputs, based on the consigner information and/or consignee information stored by the storage part 250, a relation between consigner and consigner of the requested item.
