PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display allowing a user to understand a correlation between an image before update and an updated image by an easy operation input. SOLUTION: The image display is provided with an image display control part 15 displaying an image in a display area of a display part 16, an operation part 24 acquiring an operation input from the user, a frame line display part 13 superimposing a frame line with a dimension equal to that of the display area to a map image at a position according to the operation input obtained by the operation part 24, a communication means 18 requiring image data for a new image defined by the frame line, which is displaced from the outer circumference of the image to include a part of the image displayed in the display area, from a relay server 30, and an image development part 12 displaying a new map image in the display area based on the image data obtained as a reply to the request.
