SOLUTION: In the V-type internal combustion engine having a cylinder block 1 constituting right and left banks, centerlines L1, L2 of cylinders of the respective banks are arranged to be symmetric to the perpendicular passing through a rotation center 4a of a crankshaft 4 viewed from the direction of the rotation center 4a of the crankshaft 4, be offset in the direction orthogonal to reference centerlines C1, C2 of the respective cylinders arranged to pass through the rotation center 4a of the crankshaft 4, and be displaced around the rotation center 4a of the crankshaft 4.
