Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a non-rigid vinyl chloride-based resin molded article by using a rigid vinyl chloride-based resin waste as a raw material. SOLUTION: The powdery or granular non-rigid vinyl chloride-based resin composition is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. of ground rigid vinyl chloride-based resin molded article with 30-70 pts.wt. of a plasticizer and 15-140 pts.wt. of a filler having a DOP absorption amount of ≥25 ml/100 g by a mixer having a melting function by a shear frictional force. The non-rigid vinyl chloride-based resin composition is kneaded by a heat kneader and molded. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
