Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for further improving conductivity of various conductive polymers, starting with a conductive polymer obtained by polymerizing 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene in an aqueous solution of polystyrene sulfonic acid. SOLUTION: The method for improving the conductivity of the conductive polymer is characterized in that the conductive polymer, water, an organic solvent compatible with the conductive polymer, and carbon dioxide are contained in a pressure-resistant container, and the content in the pressure-resistant container is heated and pressurized so as to bring the carbon dioxide into a supercritical state.
