Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a desired strength and a desired bonding strength are not obtained when the width of a partitioning portion between flow paths of a flow path member formed of a metallic member is made narrow. SOLUTION: A flow path plate 1 that constitutes pressure liquid chambers 6 communicating with nozzles 4, respectively, is formed of a metal plate. Regarding each partitioning portion 61 partitioning between two pressure liquid chambers 6 and 6, the center portion 61a thereof along the longitudinal direction is formed to be twisted with respect to both end portions 61b and 61b thereof, and the bonding surfaces 61c and 61d to be bonded to the flow path plate 1 are formed with a tilt angle (θa) with respect to the bonding surface 1a of the flow-path plate 1 in a sectional shape in the transverse direction of the center portion 61a along the longitudinal direction, and two sidewall surfaces 61e and 61e as the wall surfaces of the two pressure liquid chambers 6 and 6 are formed to be inclined by a tilt angle θb in the same direction as a surface vertical to the bonding surface 1a of the flow path plate 1 itself.
