Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently and automatically working and forming a twill line tooth on a work such as a cam of a hanging clamp, etc. SOLUTION: A cam row 7 accumulating the cams to tooth-cutting-work in the thickness direction is held from both sides at its circular arc center 6 and set on a table 12, and a groove inclined at a prescribed angle is formed for each of prescribed pitches by a double angular cutter 32 while rotating the cam row 7 in the prescribed direction and laterally moving it in the prescribed direction in this state (first process). Thereafter, a groove inclined reversely at the same angle is formed for each of the pitches while reversing an inclination of the cutter, rotating the cam row in the same direction as the first process and laterally moving it in the opposite direction (second process). Rotating speed-rotating quantity of the cam row and lateral moving speed-moving quantity in each of the processes are synchronously controlled. Consequently, it is possible to tooth-cutting-work the twill line teeth on a plurality of the cams at one stroke by one cycle of device operation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
