Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano columnar structure comprising a stable structure in which columns constituting the nano structure are suppressed from tilting, and to provide a method for manufacturing a nano columnar structure facilitating mass production, and to provide a device to which the nano columnar structure is applied. SOLUTION: After a porous anodized film is formed on aluminum or an aluminum alloy by electrolysis, the anodized film is subjected to a treatment for enlarging pore diameters. The anodized aluminum base subjected to the treatment of enlarging pore diameters is used as a template, into which a resin composition is injected and molded by transferring, and then the aluminum base is dissolution treated.
