Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device capable of always machining an end surface of a cylindrical work to a projection shape curved surface shape with extremely fine surface roughness at constant curvature without using a polishing plate having a recessed shape curved surface shape surface. SOLUTION: The machining device 1 is provided with the polishing plate 24; a cylindrical fixture 55; and a pressing mechanism 60. The polishing plate 24 has a flat polishing surface 24a and is rotated. The cylindrical fixture 55 is arranged relative to the polishing surface 24a of the polishing plate 24 such that an axial direction becomes approximately vertical, and a through-hole 56 freely penetrated with the work 10 is formed. The pressing mechanism 60 presses the work 10 to the polishing surface 24a of the polishing plate 24 at a predetermined pressure. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
