The torsion angles θ are substantially the same for the shaping air flow Fs and the pattern control air flow Fp. The shaping air flow Fs having flowed out from one shaping air hole 17 is set to be confluent with the pattern control air flow Fp having flowed out from the corresponding control air hole 18.
