SOLUTION: A first resin holding member 7 holding a conductor 6 is bonded to second holding members 8 as thin-film bodies on the first holding member 7 by injection molding to be a holding members 5. The conductor 6 such as a copper wire is wound around the holding member 5 to form a stator coil 4. The stator coil 4 is inserted into the tooth 3 of a stator 2.
