PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compare, by a simple operation, an image subjected to an image blur correction with that before the correction. SOLUTION: The invention includes: an imaging means for capturing an optical image of an object and generating an image signal; a detecting means for detecting an image blur amount based on blur contained in the image signal; an image blur correcting means for performing image blur correction processing with respect to the image signal, based on the image blur amount and generating a correction image signal; a first display control means for controlling a display means to display an image based on the image signal; a second display control means for controlling a display means to display an image based on the correction image signal; and a switching means for switching between the image display by the first display means and the image display by the second display means.
