Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescent element which can stabilize electron injection characteristic and improve a driving service life of a device even if its reactivity is high as a disadvantage and an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal and its compound with superior electron injection characteristic are used as an electron injection material. SOLUTION: A stable transition metal oxide is doped with at least one compound selected from an alkaline earth metal or an alkali metal as an electron injection material and/or their oxide and a halide.
