Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a combustion chamber in a heating device for heating a heating fluid and stabilizing flame in the combustion chamber. SOLUTION: This heating device has: a first flow channel R1 in which an unburnt gas G1 including combustible fuel jetted at a flowing speed capable of keeping flame through a nozzle hole 12 smaller than a quenching distance is burned, and a combustion gas G2 by the combustion flows; and a second flow channel R2 which is formed around the first flow channel R1 and in which the unburnt gas G1 supplied through the nozzle hole 12 flows.
