Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking device of a plasma display panel of high energy efficiency adapted to a glass substrate of a large size corresponding to a large screen and a multiple panel. SOLUTION: In this baking device 21 of the plasma display panel for baking the glass substrate 22 of the plasma display panel, the baking device 21 includes a floating air jetting portion 25 for floating a supporting base 23 in a state of loading the glass substrate 22, and a roller conveyor 24 for conveying the supporting base 23 in the state of loading the glass substrate 22, and is inclined in such a manner that a side provided with the roller conveyor 24 is located at a lower side in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the supporting base 23 in the state of loading the glass substrate 22.
