Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine capable of further effectively removing a deposit sticking to an intake flow control valve. SOLUTION: In this control device, a throttle valve 21 for adjusting an intake flow rate and a tumble control valve 24 for controlling so that intake air forms a tumble flow in a cylinder by deflecting an intake flow, are arranged in order over downstream from upstream in an intake passage 20 of the internal combustion engine. An electronic control device controls so that the tumble control valve 24 repeats opening-closing on condition of being a state where opening of the throttle valve 21 is predetermined opening or less.
