Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a stable lubrication condition by lubricating oil which is a base requirement characteristic without forming a flame spraying layer composed of copper or aluminum material as an intermediate layer on a surface of a base plate 3a forming a swash plate 3 of a swash plate compressor. SOLUTION: The base plate 3a of the swash plate 3 is made of disk steel plate by rolled steel plate into a disk shape. Sufficient adhesion of resin coating layer 10 containing fluororesin excellent in seizure resistance is secured without forming a flame spraying layer on the surface by polishing both surfaces of the disk shape steel plate.
