MARINE STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR MARINE STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marine structure, decreasing the complicated work process under the water to efficiently proceed with the work, and reducing the manufacturing cost such as material. SOLUTION: This marine structure includes: a caisson 1 laid in the sea; and a caisson foundation structure 2 provided at the bottom of the sea and serving as a sill of the caisson 1. The caisson foundation structure 2 includes: a plurality of steel pipe piles 21 driven in the bottom of the sea; caisson foundation units forming a predetermined space up to the bottom of the sea and suitable for the steel pipe piles 21; and a foundation concrete placed in the internal spaces of the caisson foundation units 20 to fix the caisson foundation structure 2. The caisson foundation unit 20 includes a caisson frame 22 formed of metal material and a tabular foundation form 28 provided on the side of the caisson frame 22, and the units are assembled on land.
