Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation reinforcing construction method for reinforcing a foundation to withstand increased weight of an existing structure securely without restricting use of the existing structure. SOLUTION: In this foundation reinforcing construction method, one or more predetermined foundation peelers are selected from among a plurality of existing foundation peelers as piles 1H to be reinforced, and a transverse hole 41reaching the piles 1H to be reinforced is dug along a bottom face 2a of the existing structure 2 in the ground just below the existing structure 2. The ground in water between a cylindrical supporting member 7 and the pile 1H to be reinforced is excavated by using an underwater excavator 8 while press-fitting the supporting member 7 into the ground around the pile 1H to be reinforced by using the bottom face 2a of the existing structure 2 as a reaction force receiving face. Concrete is placed in a diameter extended hole 5 formed by the excavation and around an upper part of the pile 1H to be reinforced exposed into the transverse hole to construct a diameter extended reinforcing part around the pile 1H to be reinforced by placing concrete.
