Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin-coated steel can prevent any cathodic delamination of the resin-coat layer without using any chemical-converted layer containing chromium, and having excellent adhesiveness durability for a long term. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the resin-coated steel 10, aqueous solution containing at least one of phosphate to be selected among Group A, and at least one of compound to be selected among Group B is coated on a steel 11 and dried to form a chemical-converted layer 12, and an epoxy primer layer 13, a polyolefin adhesive layer 14, and a polyolefin corrosion-proof layer 15 are successively layered thereon. Group A: Al-based phosphate, Ca-based phosphate, Mg--based phosphate, and Zn-based phosphate, Group B: V-based compound, Mo-based compound, W-based compound, Y-based compound, Zr-based compound, and Bi-based compound.
