Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in an antistatic property, rubber elasticity, and a mechanical property. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic elastomer composition is provided which consists of a styrenic polymeric block (S) and conjugated diene compound polymeric block (B), wherein a rubber softener is added to a hydrogenated styrenic thermoplastic elastomer being a hydrogenated block copolymer in order to impart flowability, a polypropylene is added to impart moldability, a polyurethane-based thermoplastic elastomer is added, and an ionic electrically-conductive antistatic agent is added to impart antistatic property.
