Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of metal oxide nanoparticles, whereby metal oxide nanoparticles which have an average particle size of around 50-200 nm and show lower degree of dispersion compared to that of conventional ones can be manufactured with high productivity. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of metal oxide nanoparticles, wherein the metal oxide nanoparticles are manufactured from a raw material comprising a metal alkoxide and water by a sol-gel reaction, comprises a preparation step of preparing a first liquid comprising at least water and a first polar solvent and a second liquid comprising at least the metal alkoxide and a second polar solvent and a mixing step of mixing the first and second liquids by disposing an injection hole of a nozzle in the first liquid and injecting the second liquid from the nozzle into the first liquid.
