AUTOMOBILE RECYCLING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compatibly reduce the cost and to protect the environment by providing an automobile recycling system capable of efficiently sorted demolition of used automobiles, efficiently collecting recyclable components, and reducing the amount of generation of shredder dust (ASR) to be discharged in the stage of the final treatment. SOLUTION: The automobile recycling system for demolition of used automobiles successively executes a preliminary preparation step of collecting chlorofluocarbon in air-conditioners, and collecting cloth materials of airbags after forcibly executing the explosion and inflation of airbags through the electric operation, a pretreatment demolition step of removing and collecting components such as small items and members, and cutting harnesses remained in automobile bodies in a separable manner, a fuel-oil collecting step of collecting fuel-oil from a drain cock, a nibbler step of largely nibbling the automobile bodies by a nibbler, and a final treatment step of performing the waste treatment by finely pulverizing the automobile bodies by a shredder.
