Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for footprint identification by which substitution of a transferring sheet and a peeling sheet and forging of a confirmation measure column can be securely prevented and the peeling sheet does not warp and bend with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The footprint identification sheet 10 for transferring and collecting a footprint includes the transferring sheet 4 constituted by forming an adhesive layer 2 in the back face of a base material 1, and the peeling sheet 5 in which the transferring sheet 4 can be repeatedly peeled off from and affixed to, and is characterized in that a confirmation measure column printing layer 3 is formed in the front face of the base material 1 and the peeling sheet 5 is constituted of a resin film 7 or a synthetic paper 7 having a peeling layer 6.
