SOLUTION: The foam discharger 10 is characterized in that an exterior annular appentice 102 and an interior annular appentice 112 are projected respectively on each of an outer peripheral cylinder part 101 provided on a head 40 and an outer peripheral cylinder part 111 provided on a cap 20, an open air taking-in mouth 71B is formed between the annular appentices 102 and 112, the tips of the annular appentices 102 and 112 are constituted so as to be confronted mutually at an initial state of the head 40, and the upper surface of the interior annular appentice 112 at the side of the cap 20 has a downward pitch toward the tip side.
