SOLUTION: A differential amplifier is formed by a pair of p-channel transistors, that is, differential transistors Q14, Q15. A constant current circuit Q12 is provided, one end of which is connected to the power supply side of the differential amplifier and the other end of which is connected to a power supply line. Further, an output transistor Q18 is provided, which is driven by the output of the differential amplifier. Then, a constant current circuit Q13 is provided, one end of which is connected to the power supply side of the output transistor Q18 and the other end of which is connected to the power supply line.
