Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of delay and interference, and deterioration of use efficiency of a frequency even when a radio base station device and radio terminals perform communication via a relay device. SOLUTION: The radio base station device 3 assigns, when an uplink band is assigned based on a signal received in a random access (RA) area, the uplink band so that the radio terminals 1 to be connected via the radio relay device 2 continue, and notifies a boundary position with assignment to other radio terminals 1. In each radio terminal 1, a relay frame is used by being read in a different way, as only after the boundary position according to a boundary position between a WT assignment slot and an R-W assignment slot, indicated by a control signal B. Also in the radio relay device 2, the relay frame is read in a different way, as only after the boundary position, slid by time in consideration of the boundary, and pieces of received data from the radio terminal devices 1 are transferred to the radio base station device 3.
