Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a substrate with a surface structure through the application of photo-thermal effect, the method adapted to allow directly manufacturing a micro and nano structure in a major region of a surface of a substrate by photo-thermal effect of nano particles. SOLUTION: Nano particles on a surface of a substrate is excited by a light beam which acts to convert light energy into heat energy.
